Services
As a therapy provider, I offer individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I pride myself on creating a safe, caring, and confidential environment for my clients. I have a couple areas of specialty where I use my knowledge and skillset to help clients with a variety of concerns and symptoms. With any therapy approach, completing assigned homework is essential for a client’s success.
Areas of Specialty
I specialize in working with athletes experiencing general mental health concerns, including anxiety, stress related to performance demands, injury, and identity both within and beyond sport. Therapy provides a confidential space to process these experiences while building the emotional skills needed to navigate challenges and thrive as both an athlete and a person.
Through my background in sport, I understand the mental demands of performance - such as pressure, confidence, and consistency - and how they intersect with overall wellbeing. My approach integrates clinical expertise with an understanding of athletic culture to support the whole person, not just the performer.
If you are unsure what type of support is the best fit, I encourage you to reach out—I’m happy to help you navigate your options.
